Information we receive

When you contact us, we may receive your name, agency or organisation, email address, phone number and the message you provide. Our web host may also process technical information such as your IP address and browser request to operate and protect the site.

How we use it

We use enquiry details to respond to you, discuss possible work and manage our correspondence. We do not sell your contact details. Our website is hosted by Hostinger and enquiry email is handled through Google Workspace. Those providers may process information outside Australia.

Keeping and protecting information

We keep correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to manage the enquiry or working relationship and meet any applicable obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect it and limit access to people who need it for those purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us about information we hold about you, request a correction, or raise a concern about how it has been handled. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
